What happened

The Manhattan Toy Company is recalling Activity Loops toys with model number 215210 and lot codes EAN or FCN due to a choking hazard. The tubes on these toys can detach from the base and release small plastic rings that pose a choking risk to infants. The recalled toys feature green, orange, blue, and red loops with moving rings and sliding soccer ball shapes, and have a suction cup bottom. The model number and lot code can be found printed on the bottom of the dome-shaped base.

If you have one of these recalled toys, you should immediately stop using it and remove it from children. You can return the toy for a full refund either to the place of purchase or directly to Manhattan Toy. Manhattan Toy will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns sent directly to the company.
