Escalade Sports has recalled the Ping-Pong T8482F 4-piece AVENGER Table Tennis Table sold exclusively at Target because the table can collapse when consumers lean against it, creating a fall hazard. The recalled table measures 108 inches long by 60 inches wide when extended and folds to 60 inches long by 22 inches wide. The model number appears on a white label on the underside of the tabletop, and "PING-PONG" is painted on the surface.
Consumers who own this recalled table should immediately stop using it and contact Escalade Sports for either a free repair kit with installation instructions or a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers must cut the net in several places, disassemble the table, and provide pictures to Escalade Sports. Consumers should not return the recalled tables to Target.
