Pentair Water Pool and Spa is recalling StaRite and Mastertemp pool heaters with manufacturing dates between December 22, 2020 and January 6, 2021. A connection in these heaters can leak a combustible air-gas mixture, creating a fire hazard. The manufacturing date and model number can be found on the serial number sticker on the heater. Multiple model numbers are affected, including various HTR and POOL HTR models with different fuel types (LP, NA, and natural gas).
