RH has recalled Wine Barrel Chandeliers made from oak wine barrel staves and hoops with 5, 6, 8, or 12 arms designed to hold candelabra bulbs or battery-operated flameless votives. The hardware used to hang these chandeliers can break, causing the chandelier to fall from the ceiling and potentially injure someone below. The recalled chandeliers were sold in brown and polished nickel finishes under multiple SKU numbers at RH galleries, online, and outlet locations.
According to the recall, affected consumers should prevent people from being in the area directly underneath the chandelier and should contact RH to schedule a free in-home repair or replacement depending on their chandelier's hardware type.
