What happened

RH has recalled Industrial Three-Panel Mirrors in two sizes due to a hazard where the mirror panels can become loose, detach from the backing, and fall, which could cause injury. The recalled mirrors are from the Industrial Three-Panel Mirror collection and come in two sizes: 24 inches wide by 72 inches high by 1 inch deep (SKU 41100011SILV) and 32 inches wide by 96 inches high by 1 inch deep (SKU 41100015SILV). These mirrors feature three square mirror panels adhered to a wooden black backing and surrounded by an antique-black painted metal frame, with a distressed appearance on the panels. The SKU can be found on a sticker on the back of the mirror or on the purchase receipt.

Consumers who own a recalled mirror should immediately stop using it and contact RH to receive either a full refund of the purchase price or a credit if the purchase price cannot be determined.
