What happened

DSI Toys, Inc. has recalled Kitty Kitty Kittens, approximately 12-inch plush toys that make purring sounds when petted on the head. They can be identified by the item number "16400" on a hangtag attached to the ear and a tag reading "DSI TOYS, INC." and "MADE IN CHINA." These kitten toys contain water intended to make them feel more lifelike, but the water is contaminated and could cause illness to children if contacted.
