American Honda is recalling all model year 2016 through 2019 Honda Pioneer 1000 side-by-side recreational off-highway vehicles due to a defect where the throttle pedal can stick in the open position, which creates crash and injury hazards. The vehicle identification number is stamped on the frame at the left rear below the tilt-up bed/seat.
