BRP is recalling certain 2017 model year Ski-Doo snowmobiles equipped with 850 E-TEC engines due to a fuel delivery system defect that can cause fuel leaks and create a fire hazard. The affected models include the MXZ TNT, MXZ X, Renegade Adrenaline, Renegade X, Summit SP, and Summit X, which were sold in various color combinations including white, black, yellow, and orange. Consumers can identify recalled vehicles by the Ski-Doo name printed on the side panels and by checking the vehicle identification number on the decal located on the right side of the tunnel.
According to the recall, affected consumers should immediately stop using their recalled snowmobiles and contact a BRP Snowmobile dealer for a free repair. BRP is contacting all known purchasers directly regarding this recall.

This recall involves model year 2017 Ski-Doo MXZ, Summit and Renegade snowmobiles equipped with an 850 E-TEC engine sold in a variety of colors. Ski-Doo and the model name are printed on the side panels of the vehicles. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is on the decal located on the right hand side of tunnel. The following models are included in the recall.
