What happened

i play is recalling Green Sprouts brand wooden flower rattles because pieces of the rattle can detach, creating a choking hazard for infants. The recalled rattles are multi-colored and measure 2.5 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 4 inches high. They feature a circular wooden handle with three round wooden balls shaped like flowers attached with an elastic cord, and one ball contains a silver metal bell. The rattles are marked with "Green Sprouts," "Made in Taiwan," and a date code of either 14714 or 21815 on the circular handle.

Consumers who have this product should immediately remove the recalled rattles from children and stop using them. According to the recall notice, affected consumers should contact i play for instructions on how to receive a $50.00 coupon code to redeem toward the purchase of new products and shipping costs.
