The recall includes three color variants: stainless steel (HA10TG31SS), black (HA10TG31SB), and white (HA10TG31SW). Only units with specific serial numbers are affected—those with serial number codes ending in E9, EA, EB, EC, F1 through F9, FA, FB, FC, or G1 through G9, GA. The model and serial number can be found on the rating plate on the back of the refrigerator's rear panel.
