Huish Outdoors has recalled Zeagle Sport BCD inflators used in scuba diving to maintain buoyancy underwater. The inflator buttons can break or fracture, which may cause the device to rapidly lose air or automatically inflate, creating a drowning hazard for divers. The recall affects five Sport model variants: Base, Resort, Base Plus, Resort Plus, and Focus, with specific serial number ranges listed on the inside of the BCD pocket.
Consumers who own a recalled BCD should stop using it immediately and contact Zeagle for instructions on obtaining a free replacement device.
