What happened

Wild & Wolf is recalling Petit Collage musical jumbo wooden xylophones because the red wooden ball attached to the end of the beater stick can separate, creating a choking hazard for young children. The recalled xylophone is a wooden instrument toy shaped like an elephant's profile with five colored metal keys. The beater stick measures approximately 5 5/8 inches long by 3/4 inches wide. Only xylophones with "Petit Collage" and "TT.1902.0617" printed on the bottom back are affected by this recall.

Consumers who own a recalled xylophone should immediately remove the beater stick from children and stop using it. The record states that affected consumers should contact Wild & Wolf for a free replacement beater stick.
