Polaris is recalling all model year 2014 through 2017 Phoenix 200 all-terrain vehicles due to a crash hazard caused by throttle limiter failure. The throttle limiter can fail as a result of damage sustained during shipping. The recalled ATVs are identified by "Polaris" stamped on the front grill and seat sides and "Phoenix 200" stamped on the side panels. The vehicles were sold in blue and gray, and model numbers A14PB20AF, A15YAP20AF, A16YAP20AF, and A17YAP20A8 are included in the recall. The model number can be found on the vehicle frame.
