Lemur Group has recalled PL Sleep children's nightgowns because they fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, creating a risk of burn injuries. The recalled item is a 100 percent polyester nightgown featuring a gray and white snowflake print on long sleeves, a faux Sherpa fleece body with red scarf and black button and belt decorations. The nightgowns came with coordinating red and white striped socks and were sold in children's sizes 2 through 7. The products can be identified by the model numbers 17FT62F561 or #101 on the label sewn into the left inside seam.
According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately remove the recalled nightgowns from children and return the garments to the retailer where they were purchased or contact Lemur Group for return instructions. The company will provide a full refund of the purchase price. The socks may be returned with or without the nightgown.
