What happened

Meijer is recalling Wave Zone one-piece, zip-back swimsuits for newborns, infants, and toddlers because the snaps on the garment can detach, creating a choking hazard. The recalled swimsuits feature a back zipper and four snaps on the bottom, and were sold in sizes 0-3 months through 24 months in four color patterns: blue and gray with a shark, white and navy stripes with an anchor, pink and teal with a strawberry, and pink arms with a multi-colored fish. The garments have "Wave Zone" and "Made in China" printed on the inner collar and a tracking number of "NOV 2016 021-14328" on the sewn-in label on the inner side seam.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled swimsuits and return them to the customer service desk at any Meijer store for a full refund.
