What happened

Core Health & Fitness is recalling five styles of Inspiration® Cable Cross Over and Dual Adjustable Pulley machines. These stainless steel exercise machines, which have single hand adjustment designs and high-low cable positioning components, were installed primarily in fitness centers and gyms. The recalled machines have "Inspiration" printed on the Dual Adjustable Pulley models, while Cable Cross Over models are marked with either "Star Trac" or "Nautilus." The machines pose an impact hazard because the height adjusting carriage assembly can loosen and fall on users.
