Masterbuilt has recalled its 7-in-1 smoker due to a fire hazard involving the gas hose. The recalled models come in green or stainless steel with a Cabela's logo, or black with a Masterbuilt logo. The smoker features a three-piece cylindrical body design with a lid, center body, and base that sits on an LP gas burner stand, along with a porcelain flame disk bowl, water bowl, cooking grates, a 10-quart pot with basket, thermometer, burner, PVC hose, and weighs approximately 32 pounds.
The hazard occurs when the smoker's gas hose can disconnect, creating a fire risk. According to the recall, consumers who own an affected smoker should immediately stop using it and contact Masterbuilt for a free replacement rubber LP gas hose.
