What happened

Denon is recalling HEOS 1 Go Pack rechargeable battery packs used with wireless speakers due to a risk that the battery can overheat and cause fire and burn hazards. The recall affects only battery packs with specific 10-character serial numbers beginning with 5 or 601G91 and ending with numbers 3517 through 4004. The recalled batteries are black or white, hexagon-shaped packs with four blue LED lights and a power button, with model and serial numbers printed on the bottom.

Consumers who own an affected battery pack should immediately stop using it and contact Denon for a free replacement battery pack, which will include free shipping.
