GE Appliances is recalling three models of GE Profile high-efficiency top-loading clothes washers in gold, gray, and white that measure about four cubic feet. An electrical component in these washers can overheat, creating a fire hazard. The recalled models are WPGT9350, WPGT9360, and WPGT9150, with all serial numbers included in the recall. The model number can be found on the rear cover of the washer's backsplash, above the water valve connections.
