Hobby Lobby Recalls Infant Rattles Due to Choking Hazard

Is my product affected?

Rattles

  • Brand Hobby Lobby Stores Inc., of Oklahoma City, Okla.

Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

Hobby Lobby is recalling Little Wishes Chenille Stuffed Rattles in two styles: Pink & Green Fish (item number 5141577) and Blue & Yellow Fish (item number 5127642). These 8.5-by-7-inch rattles are made of soft chenille fabric with fiber stuffing and have a hole cut in the middle. The problem is that the seams can separate, exposing the inner fiber stuffing and bell rattle, which creates a choking hazard for infants. Affected products have the item number printed on the top left corner of the hang tag and a sewn-in label showing "Reg. No. PA-15130(CN)" and "Hobby Lobby 9123069."

Consumers who have purchased these rattles should immediately stop using them. According to the recall notice, affected consumers should return the rattles to the nearest Hobby Lobby store for a full refund or store credit.
