Toro is recalling Power Clear PC-421Q Snowblowers and 20" Recycler Mowers because their carburetors can develop fuel leaks that may ignite when exposed to an ignition source, creating a fire or burn hazard. The snowblower recall affects Model 38588 with serial numbers 310000001 to 310999999 and 311000001 to 311003576, as well as Model 38589 with serial numbers 310000001 to 310999999 and 311000001 to 311999999. The mower recall involves Model 20323 with serial numbers 310000001 to 310999999. Model and serial numbers for both products are located on decals—underneath the rear of snowblowers and on the left rear of mowers.
Consumers who own affected products should immediately stop using them and contact a Toro Service Dealer for a free repair.

Model and serial numbers are: Model Number Serial Number 38588 310000001 to 310999999 and 311000001 to 311003576 38589 310000001 to 310999999 and 311000001 to 311999999 Toro 20" Recycler Mower: The model and serial numbers are found on a decal on the left rear of the mower. Model 20323; Serial number 310000001 to 310999999.
