What happened

Infantino has recalled "Troy the Activity Truck," a blue, red, and yellow toy with plastic beads on bead runs attached to the back. The recalled toy features a face on the front with "Infantino" printed on it and can be identified by model numbers 153-210, 206-110, or 506-110C printed underneath. When powered on, the truck plays music and spins its back wheels. The plastic beads on the bead runs can detach and pose a choking hazard to young children.

Consumers with this toy should immediately remove it from children's access and contact Infantino to receive a free replacement toy.

"Infantino" is printed on the front of the toy truck. Model number 153-210, 206-110 or 506-110C is printed underneath the truck. When its switch is turned on, the truck plays music and the back wheels spin.
