Infantino is recalling Lamb and Lion Grabby Rattles because the tail-piece can detach and pose a choking hazard to young children. The recalled rattles are ring-shaped toys shaped like a lamb or lion with an Infantino elliptical logo on the front right foot. Rattles without tails and those with production codes 0108 or 0508 (indicated by a dial format behind the ear showing the month and year) are not affected by this recall.
According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately remove the recalled rattles from young children and contact Infantino for either a replacement rattle or a product of equal value.

The recalled Infantino Lamb and Lion Grabby Rattles™ are shaped like a lamb and lion respectively. Each has a ring-shaped body and an Infantino elliptical logo stamped on the front right foot of the animal. Rattles without tails on the animals and products with production codes of 0108 and 0508 are not affected by this recall. The production code is printed behind the ear in a dial format with the year (08) in the middle of a circle and an arrow pointing to the number on the circle (01 or 05) that indicates the month.
