Atico International USA Inc. is recalling pacifiers that were sold at Bath & Body Works, either individually with a clip or as part of a diaper bag gift set. The pacifiers have an off-white plastic oblong shield with a ring handle. The individual pacifier with clip features a circular moss-green plastic clip with a mauve-colored ribbon and the text "Plug me in & enjoy the silence." The diaper bag gift set also included a baby bottle and changing pad, with "Doody Bag" written on the side.
The nipples on these pacifiers can separate from the base, creating a choking hazard for children. Because the firm is no longer in business and no remedy is available, affected consumers should discard or destroy the product.
