What happened

Kid O Products is recalling Prisma and Duo style wooden baby rattles because the beads can detach when the rattle is twisted or pulled forcefully, creating a choking hazard for young children. The Prisma rattle is bell-shaped with a loop handle, measures about 3¾ inches long, and is identified by style number 10331 on the packaging. The Duo rattle consists of two interlocked rings with red and blue bead accents and is identified by style number 10333 on the packaging.

Consumers should immediately remove the recalled rattles from children and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund. Alternatively, consumers can contact Kid O Products for instructions on mailing the product back to receive a full refund.
