Ely and Walker is recalling Cumberland Outfitters girl's hooded sweatshirts because the drawstrings in the hood pose a strangulation hazard to children. The affected sweatshirts were sold in four colors—melon, white, purple, and turquoise—in sizes XS to L, and feature graphic designs such as a horse, vine, or flower printed on the front and back. The care labels display RN number 14119 and one of these style numbers: 561560EC, 561565CO, 561570RA, or 561575TU.
According to the recall, consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts to eliminate the hazard. Alternatively, consumers may return the garment to the place of purchase or to Ely and Walker for a full refund.
