What happened

Radica USA Ltd. is recalling Play TV Baseball, a video game system that connects to a television and simulates baseball. The game includes an electronic home plate, ball, and plastic bat. The recalled product has "RADICA:" and "PLAY TV Baseball" printed on the home base and "RADICA:" and "MADE IN CHINA" printed on the black bat.

The plastic bat can separate during use, causing broken pieces that may strike bystanders and cause injury. Consumers should immediately remove these toys from children and contact Radica to return the Play TV Baseball game in exchange for a replacement Play TV Baseball III unit.
