Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Tike Tech is recalling the grab bar on its Single City X3 and X3 Sport strollers due to a strangulation hazard. The opening between the grab bar and seat bottom can allow an infant's body to pass through and become trapped at the neck by the grab bar, posing a risk to young children who are not harnessed. The recall affects strollers with ID codes TT-18-01 through TT-18-07, which are located on the interior left side frame. Strollers can be identified by "Tike Tech" printed on the footrest and back of the stroller.
Consumers who own affected strollers should immediately remove the grab bar and contact Tike Tech to receive a free replacement grab bar. The source reminds parents and caregivers to always secure children using the safety harness and never leave them unattended when using a stroller.
