What happened

Sauna By Airwall has recalled infra-red sauna rooms in models IC I, IC II, IC III, IC IV, and IC V due to a fire hazard. The heating unit and fuse in these wooden sauna rooms can fail, causing the saunas to overheat and potentially catch fire. The model number can be found on the serial plate on the back of the machine in the lower right-hand corner.

Because the firm is out of business, no remedy is available. According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately stop using the recalled sauna and either discard or destroy the product.
