Is my product affected?

Adventure Play Sets and Create N Adventure Wooden Play Sets

Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.

What happened

The recalled models are the Adventure Play Sets Model Pathfinder Swing Set 65008, Conqueror Swing Set 65208, Cedar Ridge Wooden Swing Set 30008, and Windsor Wooden Swing Set 30108. These products are identified by plaques showing "Adventure Play Set" or "Create N Adventure" and "Pittsburg, KS 66762" printed on the upper beam, or by checking the manufacturer's instructions.

Consumers who own affected swing sets should immediately remove the gliders and contact Backyard Leisure to receive free replacement glider hangers and repair instructions.
