What happened

Waxcessories is recalling all electric simmer pots due to loose wire connections that can cause fire and electric shock hazards. The simmer pots are designed to melt scented wax in a ceramic cup that sits on a ceramic base containing a 40-watt bulb, socket, and electric cord. The words "ELECTRIC SIMMER POT" and a design name are printed on the bar code label on the bottom of the base.
