Flojet is recalling Duplex II 115 VAC Pumps (model numbers D08X000A and D08X000B) that were sold as part of LeBleu's Automatic 50-Gallon Bottled Water System. A manufacturing defect in these pumps can cause electric shock when the metal housing is touched. To address the recall, a representative of LeBleu Corp. or a trained licensee will inspect all installed pumps to determine whether the defect is present and replace the pump if necessary. For products that have been installed in new home construction but have not yet been started up, the pumps will be removed and replaced.
