Toys "R" Us has recalled three specific "Elite Operations" toy sets due to two safety hazards: the paint contains high levels of lead, which is toxic if swallowed by young children and can cause health problems, and the toys have sharp points that can cause cuts. The affected models are the Super Rigs Transport Vehicle (Item # 087286), Command Patrol Center (Item # 920625), and Troop Carrier (Item # 773967). Item numbers can be found on the back of the packaging above the barcode. Only toy sets sold after January 2006 are affected; earlier versions and other "Elite Operations" brand toys are not part of this recall.
Consumers who have purchased the recalled toy sets should immediately remove them from children and return the products to the nearest Toys "R" Us store for full credit.
