Weber-Stephen Products is recalling Weber Genesis 320 Series gas grills equipped with a flush-mounted side burner accessory. The gas hose attached to the side burner can crack or break off during shipping, and when this happens, it leaks gas during use, creating a fire hazard. The recall applies to specific model numbers of the Genesis E-320, S-320, EP-320, ESP-320, and CEP-320 grills (sold in Canada only), all of which have serial numbers beginning with "DI" and are available in stainless steel or black, blue, or green porcelain enamel finishes.
According to the recall, consumers with affected grills should stop using them immediately and contact Weber-Stephen to obtain a free replacement gas hose and arrange for free installation.

This recall involves the Weber® Genesis® 320™ Series gas grills which are designed to be used with either natural gas or with liquid propane gas tanks, and are equipped with a flush-mounted side burner accessory. The gas hose is made of stainless steel. The grills are sold in stainless steel and in black, blue or green porcelain enamel. All serial numbers begin with the prefix "DI". The model and serial number are located on the tank blocker/drip pan holder located inside the storage cart.
