What happened

Electronic toy guitars with model number GUITAR SERIES JC856 are being recalled because the plastic guitar can break into small parts that pose a choking hazard to young children. The recalled guitar has a white face and red back with a green shoulder strap, and features multi-colored animal-face buttons on the front depicting a chicken, duck, dog, pig, and lamb. The guitar is marked "MADE IN CHINA" on the battery cover and came in packaging labeled "Jie Cheng" with a warning that it is "NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS."

Consumers who have purchased this toy guitar should immediately stop using it and return it to the vendor where it was purchased for a full refund.
