Red Sunglasses/Toddler Cap Set
Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Walt Disney World Co. and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have recalled children's red sunglasses because the paint contains high levels of lead, which is toxic if swallowed by young children and can cause adverse health effects. The recalled sunglasses are solid red with dark plastic lenses and were sold attached to toddler caps—either navy blue caps featuring Mickey Mouse or light blue caps featuring Stitch. Both cap styles have red bills, and the sunglasses attach to the bills with a red strap with hook and loop fastener. The caps have "Walt Disney World®" or "Disneyland® Resort" stitched on the back. Other styles and colors of hats and sunglasses are not affected.
According to the recall notice, consumers should immediately remove the recalled sunglasses from children and contact Walt Disney World Co. to receive a free replacement pair of sunglasses and 20 Disney Dollars®.
