Geartec and Mackarl have recalled certain bicycle helmets that do not meet required CPSC safety regulations. The recalled models are the Geartec ESPY, FX-2 (DBX Ravage), and VT-3 (DBX Engage). These helmets fail to provide adequate protection and could result in serious head injury if a rider falls from a bicycle. The ESPY and FX-2 models come in carbon yellow, silver, or blue with a carbon fiber graphic on the front to middle section, while the VT-3 models come in blue/silver/black, red/yellow/black, or silver and black. All recalled models have 15 vent holes, a removable visor, and either "Geartec" or "DBX" logos printed on both sides.
