These walkers can fit through standard doorways and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step, which creates a serious risk of injury or death if a baby using the walker falls down stairs. Model 408 has a white and black tray with a black fabric base and seat, while Model 423 has a red tray with a purple plastic base; both measure approximately 25 by 28 inches, have eight snap-in wheels, and bear a label identifying them as made by Dream On Me Industries in Brooklyn, New York.
If you own one of these recalled walkers, you should stop using it immediately and return it to the retailer where it was purchased to receive a refund.
