The book features a multi-colored cover with a baby face, a yellow bird that squeaks when pressed, and a clear plastic container of beads. The recalled books contain a small rotating plastic wheel with finger indentations mounted on the inside back cover that makes a clacking sound when turned. The hub of this pink dial can come off during use, creating a choking hazard for young children.
