The Consumer Product Safety Commission and DCD Incorporated have recalled the Ab Swing exercise unit due to faulty handlebar welds located under the seat. These welds can fail, potentially causing users to fall to the ground. The Ab Swing is a gray steel manual exercise unit with a red seat and black-gripped handlebars, weighs approximately 18 pounds, and is about 2 feet off the ground. The recall only applies to units with "Made in Malaysia" printed on a tag on the back of the seat; units marked "Made in China" are not affected.
