Pottery Barn Kids has recalled two wooden toys due to choking hazards. The Star Clacker toy, which consists of three wooden star shapes tied together measuring about 6 inches long, has a wooden peg that can come off. The toy's handle also does not meet Federal Hazardous Substance Act requirements for baby rattle design and construction. The Ride-On Duck, a yellow wooden duck-shaped toy measuring 12 inches high by 20 inches long with orange wheels and bill, has a wheel cap that can break, allowing the wheel to separate and release small parts.
If you own either of these toys, you should immediately remove them from young children and return them to the store where you purchased them for either a refund or a replacement toy.

The wooden peg can come off of the Star Clacker toy and pose a choking hazard. The Ride-On Duck's wheel cap can break, allowing the wheel to come off and release small parts, also presenting a choking hazard to young children. The Star Clacker wooden toys, also do not comply with the Federal Hazardous Substance Act for design and construction of baby rattles, due to the handle length.
Consumers should take the recalled toys away from young children immediately and return the toys to the store where they were purchased, for a refund or replacement toy.

The toys measure about 6 inches long. The handle has a gold "Made in China" label and a white label reading, "Intended for Children over 6 months of Age." The Ride-On Duck is a yellow wooden duck-shaped toy with orange wheels and bill, that measures 12 inches high by 20 inches long. It has a gold "Made in China" label on the bottom.
