What happened

Rejuvenation has recalled its Haleigh Wire Dome Pendant hanging lamps due to a cord system that can fail to support the lamp's weight, causing it to fall and risk injury. The recalled lamps were sold in three finishes—lacquered polished brass, oil rubbed bronze, and polished nickel—and are identifiable by item numbers A5908 or A5909, which appear on a white label inside the ceiling plate. The lamps feature a parabolic brass dome with external wire structure, a ceiling plate, and are powered by a single 150-watt bulb, with cord lengths ranging from 14 to 200 inches.

Consumers who own these lamps should immediately clear the area underneath them and contact Rejuvenation for instructions on receiving a free repair or replacement. Rejuvenation will cover all costs associated with the repair or replacement, including shipping and charges for inspection, removal, and reinstallation by a licensed electrician.
