The Lea name and model number appear on a label on the backside of the bottom bunk headboard or the back of the bookcase.

According to the recall, consumers who believe they have a recalled bunk bed should contact Lea Industries to confirm whether their bed is misassembled. If needed, the company will dispatch a professional installer to reposition the bottom bunk higher and install new brackets on the bookcase.
