What happened

IKEA has recalled the GUNGGUNG Swing, which is intended for children ages 3-7 and can be used indoors or outdoors. The swing consists of a green polyester fabric sling seat suspended by plastic fittings attached to steel hooks, with a total length of 17 feet and seat width of 0.8 feet. The suspension fittings can break, causing a child to fall from the swing and potentially suffer serious injury.
