Check against the official notice below — it lists the full affected range.
Lithonia Lighting has recalled Quantum series ELM and ELM2 emergency light fixtures due to a fire hazard. The circuit boards in these fixtures can overheat, causing the plastic housing to melt and catch fire, which could ignite nearby items and create fire and burn hazards. The recalled fixtures are approximately 12.5 inches wide, 5 inches high, and 3.75 inches deep, come in white or black plastic, and contain two incandescent lights and a rechargeable lead acid battery.
Consumers can identify recalled units by looking for "ELM" or "ELM2" printed on the label inside the fixture's plastic housing above the battery, along with a green circuit board on both sides that has either "Rev B" or "Rev C" printed in the top left corner. According to the recall, affected consumers should contact Lithonia Lighting to receive detailed instructions on how to locate the circuit board information and to order a free repair kit that includes a replacement circuit board.
