RSI is recalling four models of Glacier Bay bathroom medicine cabinets that were manufactured between July 15, 2013 and October 10, 2013 and sold exclusively at The Home Depot. The recalled cabinets have mirrored doors with two adjustable and two fixed interior shelves, and some models include exterior display side shelves. They were available in 21, 23, and 30-inch widths in cognac, java, and white finishes. The specific recalled models are the 23" Swing Med Cab Open Side Cognac (SKU 1000004766), 30" Swing Med Cab Open Sides Cognac (SKU 1000004797), 21" Curved Swing Med Cab Java (SKU 1000004819), and 21" Curved Swing Med Cab White (SKU 1000004822).
The mirror or back panel of these cabinets can separate and fall out, creating an injury hazard. According to the recall, consumers should immediately stop using and uninstall the recalled bathroom medicine cabinet and return it to The Home Depot for a full refund.

This recall involves four models of Glacier Bay®-branded bathroom medicine cabinets, manufactured between July 15, 2013 and October 10, 2013. They have a mirrored door, two adjustable and two fixed interior shelves. Some models have exterior display side shelves. They were sold in 21, 23 and 30-inch widths and in three finishes: cognac, java and white. "VOC" and the manufacture date are stamped on the exterior of the cabinet's back panel. The models below are included in this recall. The model and SKU number appear on the product's box.
