Browning has recalled its Junior Buckmark hooded sweatshirts sold exclusively at Academy Sports+Outdoors because the drawstrings around the neck area pose a strangulation or entanglement hazard to young children. The recall affects camouflaged polyester pullover sweatshirts in sizes S, M, L, and XL that feature black drawstrings, a yellow embroidered Buckmark logo on the front, waist pockets, and rib knit cuffs and waist. The affected SKU numbers are 3011332001 (size S), 3011332002 (size M), 3011332003 (size L), and 3011332004 (size XL), which can be found on a tag behind the main label on the back of the collar.
Consumers should either immediately remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts to eliminate the hazard or return the garment to Browning for a full refund.
