Bluworld/Nu-Flame has recalled certain wall-mounted fireplaces due to a fire and burn hazard. The fireplaces contain fuel cups with a capacity of either 2 or 3.4 liters that can be ejected when overfilled or when fuel is spilled during refilling attempts while the cup remains in place. This ejection poses a risk of fire or serious burns to users, bystanders, or nearby items. The recalled models are the Vivo NF-W4VIO (approximately 39 inches wide) and the Vivido NF-W3VIO (approximately 26 inches wide), both about 20 inches tall, which feature ethanol open flames behind tempered glass shields.
According to the recall notice, consumers who own a recalled wall-mounted fireplace should immediately stop using it and contact Bluworld/Nu-Flame to arrange a free repair. The manufacturer states that all known purchasers have already been notified of the recall. The model number can be found on the product packaging to confirm whether a fireplace is affected.

Overfilling or spilling fuel while attempting to refill fireplace fuel cups while in place can lead to the fuel cup being ejected from the fireplace, posing a fire or burn hazard to the user, bystanders or items nearby.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled wall mounted fireplace and contact Blueworld/Nu-Flame to receive a free repair. All known purchasers have been notified of the recall.
The wall mounted fireplaces have a 2 or 3.4 liter capacity burner fuel cup with an ethanol open flame behind a tempered glass shield with a metal curved base and a black metal backboard. Both wall mounted fireplaces measure about 20 inches in height. The Vivo NF-W4VIO model measures about 39 inches in width and the Vivido NF-W3VIO model fireplace measures 26 inches in width. The model number is printed on the product packaging.
