FLO Cycling is recalling rim tape that was provided free with purchases of FLO 60, FLO 90, and FLO DISC wheels. The yellow plastic rim tape, marked with "700X18 A/V," can fail and break under pressure, which may cause the bicycle's inner tube to puncture or burst, posing a fall hazard to riders. The recalled tape is associated with specific serial numbers found either on the wheel rim under the tube or on the outer edge of disc wheels.
Consumers who purchased wheels with the recalled rim tape should contact FLO Cycling to receive a $5 refund for each wheel purchased. The firm is contacting consumers who purchased affected wheels directly.

The serial number is located either on the wheel rim under the tube or on the outer edge of the disc wheel.
