HALO Innovations is recalling HALO SleepSacks Wearable Blankets that were sold exclusively at Babies R Us due to a choking hazard. The recalled blankets are white cotton sack-shaped wearable blankets with pink-edged ruffles and a pink satin rose embellishment on the front. They feature arm cut-outs, a center zipper, and a sewn bottom, and were available in small and medium sizes. Only blankets with GPU numbers 2701, 2781, 2886, 2887, 3007, 3035, or 3142 printed on a neck label are affected by this recall.
Petals from the floral embellishment can detach and pose a choking hazard to infants. Consumers who have these blankets should immediately stop using them and contact HALO Innovations. The company will provide a pre-paid envelope with instructions to remove and return the flower embellishment and will send a free replacement product.

The recalled HALO SleepSack wearable blankets are 100% white cotton with pink-edged ruffles and a pink satin rose embellishment on the front. These sack-shaped wearable blankets have cut-outs for the baby's arms, a zipper down the center, a sewn bottom and were sold in small and medium sizes. Only SleepSack products with GPU numbers 2701, 2781, 2886, 2887, 3007, 3035 and 3142 printed on a neck label under the primary neck label are included in the recall.
